How it Works
Wedding planning should be fun, not a chore. We are here to help make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Step One: Browse & Select
Explore our products and add your favourite items and quantities to your cart.
Step Two: Submit Your Rental Request
At checkout, enter your email, address, event date, and desired pick-up + return date and time. This creates an order request for us to review. No payment is taken yet—we first confirm that your items are available on your event date.
Step Three: Booking & Payment
We’ll email you to confirm that your event date and items are available. You’ll receive a contract to sign and details on how to send a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
Step Four: Final Payment & Pick-Up
Pay your remaining balance before your scheduled pick-up time so everything is ready for you. If you have selected our delivery services, your remaining balance will be due before time of delivery.
Step Five: Return Items
Return your items at your agreed upon return time, in the same condition that you received them. If you paid for our pick-up services, please have your items boxed up and ready for us when we come for pick-up.
